EXCHANGE/RETURNS

We hope you loved your Heatmode swimwear pieces! However, we want to make sure that everything fits you perfectly. We are more than happy to accept all garments for exchange/store credit, minus original/exchange shipping cost

ELIGIBLE ITEMS: 

We accept exchanges/store credit for items in their original condition unused and unwashed with all tags attached within 21 days. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers. All our garments are non-refundable.

We will notify you once your exchange/store credit has been received and approved. An email will be sent to customers regarding all the update information. Unfortunately we are not responsible for any return parcels that may be lost or damaged.
